I have joined the Get Serious Challenge because it surely could not have come at a better time. I really do need to get serious about this. I have sort of blown my maintenance and now have to get back into losing weight mode. I need to get back to where I was a couple months ago.
I have really let my eating slip. Granted, the past few weeks have been out of the ordinary, with house guests and vacations. That is no excuse. I need to find a way to keep myself healthy through all of life's excitement. I CAN do better than this!
