Feeling smug this morning. We went to a Pink Floyd tribute gig last night and afterwards the gang all pooled into the adjacent pub and got pints in. I immediately offered to drive and drank coffee..... Booo hoodoo. But it kept me away from the alcohol and the calories. I had my usual Sunday grill up today and it's over one third of my daily allowance but if I keep it under control for the rest of the day then I'd say it was a pretty good weekend. Oh BTW did I mention I was making Strawberry tarts Today? But they have uber thin pastry and no sugar added. I think I deserve a teeny weeny one.....

Go YOU!! Driving helps when it comes to calorie control and alcohol but I'm afraid I'm not good that often. Love the sound is strawberry tarts
