Down another 6 lbs... in a week. I know this rapid loss is just due to my sudden activity from being back on my meds and feeling normal again... but it feels great. For the past few months I would get nervous when i steppe on the scale because it generally fluctuated just a few numbers up and down, but in the past 19 days its been a steady drop. Yay. Also I am loving this cool weather now I can take walks without sweating to death. lol.
