Day 4 of super cleanse week, I don't have a lot of energy but I'm able to function. I walked 5km this morning in a moderate pace and drinking lots of water, wasn't too bad after
water seems easier to drink compared to last week and my coffee has no sugar but I add milk and half tspn of honey
I feel better than this time last week, the bloat is gone and system is flushing very well
I'm suprised at the discipline for the 4 days but I guess it's the determination from failing the first time around. Sadly last year Oct I had lost 14kg, life happened and got too busy with work and gained 11kg back in 3 months. I'm so upset with myself cos i had already changed my wardrobe now those clothes dont fit anymore 😠but I know that won't change anything if I don't change my mindset
so yeah people I'm doing it right this time I'm not rushing it I have 19kg to lose to my goal weight and a healthy life 🙌

the diet you are following can I read up on it or is it only your own way of healthy eating ? well done so far

@Saige18 Thanks, I'm not following any diet specifically I'm just cutting out all Sugars (just apples) and 50g Carbs a day and lots of Water 4liters because I walk 5km a day It's for jump starting my metabolism and to get rid of toxins (only started this week Sunday) Breakie is usually a smoothie after the walk: apple, beetroot and Greek Yoghurt. Lunch: green veggies and Tuna or Bolied Egg and Dinner is any veggie with Protein like Fish or a small steak. I keep dinner lighter than lunch and before 7pm and drink Green Tea at 4pm. Its working well so far ill see the weight drop on Sunday
