Able to walk daily after nearly 6 weeks of recovery from a double Hernia operation, feeling good. Weight is coming down even with little exercise, getting used to that " feeling a bit hungry " . Learnt to wait for the next meal with no inbetweenies !
183.6 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
