And I think we lose weight through many things, especially urine. So if you are losing weight quickly you need to drink a lot a lot a lot a lot of water, right? Like more than you think probably.

Ouch was it the gallbladder? There is no way you're unhealthy with all the fitness you do, but the check up will affirm all the hard work you are doing and it's paying off big time!
I feel bad you have to take the baby with you!! But... Everyone loves babies you'll be popular in the office!
I wish you the best, today is going to be awesome for you!!

people refuse to believe you can lose weight quickly and still be healthy. They've been conditioned that anything more than 1 lb per week is dangerous. Also, if you are losing weight, and are healthy (which you are), then it only confirms their worst fears, and that is that weight loss is completely possible and the only thing stopping them from achieving success is themselves (misery loves company).

Pretty much. but the dr said so far everything looks good. I still need to get bloodwork but they had no problems with what I was doing. they only thing that was said was to watch how much protein I take in because that can damage my...liver? kidney? ??? I forget what she said..... anyway I'm gonna get bloodwork to check all that. but i got the ok.

I believe you would need to eat and excessive amount of protein to have liver issues - and based on what you do, I don't see it happening.

I've never heard of a gallbladder attack, I've had gout attacks but never gallbladder attack. Sounds internally painful.

Ya I should probably cut down on my protein though so it doesn't mess with my diet.... not to worried about my liver over steak.... the amount I used to drink??? now that was something to worry about HA HA HA HA....... a gallbladder attack feels like you got hit in the side by a car... it sucks.... I deal with daily pain but this sent me to the floor. it's when your bad diet turns into stones in your gallbladder and blocks the bile and makes it infected ... if it bursts it can kill you ... almost killed my sister... but i faired better than her because I knew what the signs were after her surgery.... but ya. the doctor said I shocked my body by losing so much weight so fast that it triggered it... then the only thing that wouldn't set off an attack was plain eggo waffles ... so that's all I ate for like a month and a half. and that's how all the weight came back too... my husband was out of town working and I had the two older boys to watch after and I still had to drive them to and from school and grocery shop and all that ... the whole situation sucked...... but this time I don't have a gallbladder to set me back!

my dad has gout, I guess he finally smartened up and started eating right and stopping drinking to help control it. my dad handles pain well and he said that was very painful

What did your diet consist of that made you lose the weight. I too had a gall bladder attack recently and ended up in ER. I had been using ChiroThin drops and lost quite a bit of weight and after I was done and started eating regular again I had the attack. Was very painful but they couldn't find any damage.

I was vegan. but if I added too much fat to my meal (coconut oil or something) I'd have an attack. anything fatty that needs extra bile to break down I guess... I don't remember much cause it was 3 years ago now... but pretty sure anything greasy or fatty will send you into an attack.

@with your Dad's gout, is he overweight/obese? People with Gout avoid food high in "Purines", however, it is quite possibly the foods high in Fructose that produces the highest amounts of uric acid, and not the foods high in purines.

imagine every thing bad for you... that's what my dad eats lol!! drink a 24 of beer in 2 days with liquor on the side... and stealing my mom's wine when she goes to the bathroom.... high carb, high fat, high calorie diet... Little to no exercise. classic hard beer belly. but now he sounds like he is on low carb diet and gave up drinking! my when my sister told me, my jaw dropped! dad not drinking??? craziness. ... and he is working out everyday now. he is doing his old grapefruit diet. it's a lot like LCHF except for half a grapefruit twice a day. I noticed he started following me on pintrest and taking my LCHF recipes lol..... do you have any recommendations mahjohn?
