jessberry's Journal, 17 March 2016

I was reading an article regarding gastrointestinal issues this morning, and I came across a supplement that I'm not familiar with... L-Glutamine ... Upon further research, I learned it promotes digestive and brain health, muscle growth, athletic performance, and reduces sugar cravings. I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with it,and if so, with what results? I'm primarily interested in healing my gut, but wouldn't mind reducing sugar cravings, either :)

I use L-Glutamine daily added to protein shakes - it helps with muscle repair after workouts. I do not know about sugar cravings though

Thanks, HCB... I think I may try it out. I've been reading about all morning, it seems to have multiple benefits.
