It's been awhile now since I've been back of track and my weight this January marks my heaviest in my life. So, time for a change.
I was slowly changing eating habits in the month of January but now in February I'm going strong. I had a 2 lbs lost this morning, yeah!!!
Also the health department in my county is running a fitness contest/challenge. $15 to participate and the person who loses the most of their body mass % will win 50%, 2nd 30% and 3rd 20% of the pot. I love this! What a great way to get motivated.
I got to do a 'farmhand' workout to day. My mother keeps horses and a lot of other animals, as she was out of town today, I fed all of them. Lots of walking and moving around.
Food-wise, on track today except I really didn't feel hungry this morning. Just had my green tea until about 12ish and had a delicious leftover steak and mushroom omelet with salsa on the side. Very tasty smoothie for a snack and chicken, guacamole lettuce wraps for dinner. I'm very much into guacamole right now. It's a recent discover of mine.
Best of all, I have not had a soda of any variety in 2 days! Bonus on top of that is I've been hitting my water intact. Soda, all kinds, is a major obsession of mine. I have not forsworn it completely but it's great when I can go a day without it and now I've gone two. I'm going to try for the trifecta tomorrow. Wish me luck!
