The physical is behind me, one worry is over my EKG was good now I have to wait for the labs. I had a small accident while in the office I tripped getting on the exam table and hurt my back and of course then when he examined me it got worse so I didn't use my tread mill yesterday. I will today it is a little better and I need the exercise even thought I cant get into to much weight lifting like so many of you (wish I could) but I do what we can.
Plans for today are to be somewhat careful, I plan to cook a little but if my back flairs up I'll be using a stool a lot and I hate that it makes everything take longer. But I do plan to stay on my path.
I can do this one day at a time and I will do this because I need it and want it.
