OMG I can't. Believe this! I added an extra 5 minutes to my daily biking, drank my water daily, ate salad for supper five days this week and I still gained! I just want to give up at this point.
319.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 134.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
