Sorry to have sounded so mysterious. Just arthritis and digestive tract issues, I'm fine, just very irritated that my 81-year young body is acting old. I mean, really?

Me too! Arthritis and digestive issues. Worse at times after gallbladder removal, especially with fat in food. How you feel better. My doctor said now that the weather is warmer could be the reason my knee feels so much better. Doesn't Houston get really hot?

It does indeed, hot & humid. Right now 1:40 pm, it's 91° but feels like 103° according to the weather report. Glad your knee is feeling better though.

I feel you on the tummy issues 😕 Ryan's cousin stopped by to say hi and left a lil stomach upset in the home... (not on purpose). He wore a mask and everything no one got sick but me 🙄. I'm almost all better now. I hope you feel better soon ❤️.
