Yay for Friday!! Another cold dreary day but it is FRIDAY! And that means tomorrow I get to run at Umstead. I love weekends. I love John Keifer and I am stoked about a recent podcast of his where he explains artificial sweeteners. I feel more relaxed about drinking and enjoying them. He's a super smart dude and I trust what he says. Tonight is my carb night and I am anticipating and looking forward to my sweet potato and ice cream. Friday nights are the best. Last night I was thinking about my break up with Wyatt and how he would be just getting home about the time I was going to bed. I was reminded that I was glad I didn't have to adjust my schedule and how we were not a good fit for each other. I'm thankful for the growth I went thru while dating him but I'm thankful that we went our separate ways instead of becoming something I didn't want to be.
