Have you ever had the strawberry Shamrock ready to drink protein shake? They have 2 kinds, one is lower in carbs. OMGoodness! My life will never be the same...lol.

I usually don’t do the RTD kind because I have to weight out my protein powder. This kind only has 1 carb for 33g (I usually just do unflavored whey isolate and add stevia drops for flavor). But if I get an off meal, I’ll have to try it! ❤️
