Am I the only one that gets discouraged and falls off for a few days. Only to feel worst after? I mean I've been pretty ok but could've got more excersise in adn ate better over the weekend. I try to remember to just take it day by day but reflecting on the past few days ugh, I slacked off.

i regularly fall off the wagon its just about learning to hold on tighter you'll get there in the end!!!
