My elbows have been giving me gip, Wifey. I decided to blast them. I wouldn't recommend that to anyone, but, sometimes forcing the blood through helps move things along. So far, so good!

Not whining, but it is really annoying when the will is there but the joints/muscles/bones fail me more often these days. I do try and push through most of the time, but it seems to be an endless list of things that can go wrong sometimes. I do feel that movement is the best remedy most of the time.

Agree, Katsolo. I can’t wait for the morning when I wake up and know all the niggles have backed off. It will come sooner or later. But at the moment i am running on freeze spray and ibuprofen to keep me moving.

Hi All, Anne, not sure what I am looking at but looking good. Yes, I have rheumatoid arthritis and I also know how painful it can be. But yes I do push myself. I am 65 not 105 my body seems to try and tell me, but I will do my up most to beat it for as long as I can. Hope you have good days too. Merry Mel 😍
