well slow and steady - down almost 12 lbs which feels really good. On track with my workouts. Heading to the Murillo Fair all weekend volunteering to help my sister out working in a food truck full of burgers and fries for 3 days, really!!!! Well I've packed healthy meals and snacks and my running gear so the plan is to stay on track. I guess will see on Monday.
