my cycle is about to start, I can always tell when my low back starts to get stiff and sore.. On top of that, my fiancee didn't hear my concern about my sleep issue, especially when I napped for 2 hrs yesterday, topped with ADHD, I am NOT a napper!! Last night, he called off so my plan was eliminated to go to bed early. He dismissed me on going to bed "you napped, you're fine. it's too early to go to bed." Of course, we stayed up till 1am, was awake until 3:12a, woke up at 9am... I showed him my watch data about my sleep. "I'm not staying up late, again." Today is weightlifting: core, essentially calisthenics and later stage physical therapy stuff with weights. I look forward to it at least. hope I can get my water in and actually go to bed before midnight... when I wake up late, I take my meds late, which perpetually keeps me stuck in this cycle.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So important to maintain a sleep schedule whenever possible. My husband does not seem to understand that either.

I've read studies in the past that show women generally need more sleep then men. I see this in real life. We got to bed 2 mins before midnight. Today my goal is 1130p be in bed time.
