SilliMax's Journal, 23 July 2023

I'd say today was a great day and I'd be right! I accidentally omad'd today so hopefully tomorrow I'm able to have some more spaced out meals and get more fiber in. I've been aiming to have some more balance in my type and amount of carbohydrate intake as I've been noticing somd signs of high blood sugar, which is pretty dang scary. Definitely well within my carbohydrate goals for the day for now. If I happen to reach for a snack I have a very tasty watermelon slice to look forward too. Here's to another day of giving my body the balance it needs

I think that we have all gotten busy and done that dear. After all no one is perfect and sometimes the day doesn't allow for you to take breaks easily. pre making food helps if you ahead time but if you do t know or if it unplanned their only so much you can do but your best. Tomorrow is a new day. Eating more frequently and smaller meals will help with high blood sugar levels and increasing your sleep will naturally reduce the amount of carbs your body craves helping as well.

I have normal blood sugars now due to cutting back on net carbs to less than 100 gms a day.
