I'd say today was a great day and I'd be right! I accidentally omad'd today so hopefully tomorrow I'm able to have some more spaced out meals and get more fiber in. I've been aiming to have some more balance in my type and amount of carbohydrate intake as I've been noticing somd signs of high blood sugar, which is pretty dang scary. Definitely well within my carbohydrate goals for the day for now. If I happen to reach for a snack I have a very tasty watermelon slice to look forward too. Here's to another day of giving my body the balance it needs
