I am going back to the gym tomorrow no zumba but I will try spin and keep it low, I can see the scale is going the wrong way and this is not good also my German Shepherd doesn't want to walk the way we used to when I want to keep going he stops turns the other direction so we head back home. He has been this way since the fireworks and the thunder and rain we had. It's so darn hot and muggy. Max is going to be ten in a couple of days so I have to remember he's getting up there in dog years.

Hi HCB, my knees are doing alot better, thank you. My finger at least the swellings gone down bruised the nail. I have to say it did get my mind off my knees. lol :)
