Fell off the wagon in May and gained 15-20 pounds. :( I have a serious problem and it's not physical. It's a mental thing for me. I can lose weight once I set my mind to it. One day at a time. Started over yesterday.

Today is another day, good for you for stepping back on the wagon. It is mostly a mental thing for me as well. Finding my exercise that I LOVE has helped me stay motivated lately.

Amanda123. I gained between 10-12 lbs since changing jobs in September and recently separating from my husband. You'd think I'd be losing but I'm an emotional eater so there is where a lot of my issues stem from. I also realized that my snacking habits have gotten way out of control. Hope you get your groove back!

I am same way exactly - Best when unemotional, eat earlier more and later less, go for it , keep in touch , I am starting now also

I really believe that 80% of losing weight, exercise and getting healthy begins in the brain. If you are not mentally in a position to follow through you won't: you really cannot do it without a mental commitment to yourself. I had to find a goal besides just the weight loss that was strong enough to change my life and this journey has in more ways than I ever dreamed of.
