I'm going to put more effort in watching what I eat. I realized I haven't been weighing and measuring as I should, I don't know why I started eye balling it. It's so easy to get lazy I guess. But when i eye ball it seems like it's always more not less.
I think I've found the reason for my leg cramps, I don't usually use salt so I added some sea salt and they've gone away, I just hope it doesn't increase my fluid retention. I'm not happy with the scale anyway so I don't need that.
It seems it's always a process of "Oh I didn't think of that". I wish I could stop taking my muscle relaxers I think hey slow everything down, but I need them right now so we'll see maybe later. I know a lot of meds slow weight loss. I do want to see the numbers go down but I am happy about feeling better so I'm trying to be patient.
I've got to get my day started, my house is a mess since the housekeeping fairy didn't come last night I'll have to do it myself yuck!
