Today I start. At 40 I finally need to discipline myself. All my life I've stayed at a regular 130# being 5'4". No longer. The time has come I must watch and take care or I'll just keep getting fatter and fatter, my cholesterol will keep climbing and I'll lose ability to do anything.
Today I am 147#. That's not good. My cholesterol is 209, also not good. Since I've already changed many eating choices/ portions/ exercises, I realize it's not working- not enough. Must do more.
Here I'm starting. I'll look at the challenges. I'll count the calories becoming familiar with what I'm eating. Learn from others. Get inspiration. Accountability.
