The ups and downs we have! Started back at ground zero this Monday, upped the water, upped the calories by 100 a day to stop the mindless snacking as I was hungry and reintroduce the running 🏃‍♀️ 🤞 we can continue for more than two weeks 😆😆
161.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
