It's going to be a difficult weekend as I've got guy friends staying who both are extreamly active so can eat anything that they want and never seem to gain weight.
We went for lunch today are going to a BBQ tomorrow and then having a pot luck dinner on Sunday. I'll make them walk everywhere and should have time for a workout DVD before we head out tomorrow. I'm aiming to maintain the same this week rather than loose any weight.
