gaahh, since Oct 2022 ive been using LifeSum for food tracking.. Tired of the weight trend going up. I am done eating eating work food/14 days left then im no longer an employee but a volunteer. As difficult as it is, i need to become gluten free again.

After 2-3 weeks of weighing the food you get an idea how much energy or nutrition you'll get from the food and people mostly stop usimg them.

I can't eat a lot of gluten either.

Ive maintained tracking for nearly a year, but with work/school the food that is served is low quality and i guess how much im eating, unfortunately. I have gluten intolerance, but with Binge Eating Disorder i practiced eating anything to heal food fears/anxiety. Now im comfortable with food, i can begin removing unhelpful stuff; starting with my food allergy of gluten. At work/preschool, the teachers have to eat with the lil ones to help them serve food and not start a food fight lmao.
