Hello and Happy Good Friday FS!
Wobbled back up. I’ve been getting at least 10,000 steps each day this week. My scale says I’m gaining muscle. Hmmm. I also noticed a new stat yesterday. It said I was dehydrated -0.8 lb. and today -0.3 lb. I’ve been drinking my water but maybe not as much as I thought. Or, walking in the 90 degree temps … 🤷🏼♀️
