Javadali, your chart looks like you are forming a staircase. Lose a few pounds, adjust, lose a few pounds, adjust; repeat. It's really the healthiest way to go I believe. You are doing great and will come down once again. And, the only thing that I can say about this (from personal experience) is that I hope that *this* time you will keep it off.
