No more of DD's treats, So good but the scale doesn't agree. This is harder than expected. Where is my will power? Why do I not say "NO"? This is depressing!
This is Day 1. I can't do much about yesterday but I can do it today. Of course I already had a poor breakfast,,, pancakes with sausages and syrup. I weighed 217.5 this morning. Let's do this one day at a time and see what happens next Sunday
217.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
