sweetiebird's Journal, 12 December 2022

This is my day one. This week I want to lose a pound. I figured if I lose a pound a week, that it is a reasonable goal and slowly but surely I will meet my target weight. My exercise today is bowling strings of of 10 squares each.

The timing wasn't good with the holidays so near but then maybe it was as I only gained a pound so 221.5 this morning

Surprisingly, I'm at 218.5 this morning! Happy dance. Hadn't weighed myself for a few days
