@aming kak bedanya beban ringan tp intensitas tinggi istirahat sebentar sama beban max sampe failure tapi intensitas lebih rendah beda ngefeknya gimanaa ya?

@maziyamini... beban ringan intensitas tinggi 12 reps -30 reps biasa buat endurance (ketahanan).
Beban max intensitas rendah 3-5 reps lebih ke power /tenaga .
Beban medium intensitas sedang 8-12 reps buat hypertrophy (Muscle build)
