So after several of y'all and my family and friends have told me that I really should start a blog...I decided to look into it. Oh and on Monday my beach body coach finally convinced me to take a sneak peak at becoming a beach body coach. So I'll be starting that too. And on Wednesday my new fitness class Total Tone will start...so many new beginnings.
