Did my long distance 6 mile run in am, paused my garmin at some point and 4got to turn it back on so I figure I ran somewhere in between 6 -7 miles. Had big bfst/lunch after - 650cal! Was so hungry! LOL Just 1 kiwi before my run kept me going, I like! Was running in a tiny top for the 1st tym in my life w/o a feeling that my stomach is jiggling - ewwww nasty!!!
Had too much popcorn last nite at the movies, I never felt so sick, like pukey feeling, ewwwwwww. Wasn't worth it, oh well, I'm sure I burnt it off 2day :)
