happy Sunday all!
Just gearing up for a new start- I wonder if I will make it better this time? Also started going for short walks, as much as I can manage for now- but in there swinging it!

189.6 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
