29. Went to gym yesterday. Started out on some protein powder, for extra protein and possibly more energy. Let's see. No change since yesterday. It is March 12, and basically I have lost just one lb in March so far.

way to go on getting to the gym. I find it hard sometimes to make time and just go so awesome for you. I agree, your meals look good! I want some yogurt now.
