Everyone on the planet is on a diet. Some people are just on a really bad diet. You have to eat to live; you can also live to eat too, and still be healthy. You just have to make choices that support your long term goal.
And by "you" I really mean "I" in this thought for the day.
My long term goal is to be 125 pounds, and to maintain or increase muscle mass. Right now I am at 39% fat, which means 101 pounds of muscle and bone with 60 pounds of fat. If, no, when I get to 125 pounds, I will be (need to be!) at 20% fat. Hmm. This sounds too low. I'll have to look it up but my goal right now is to short term lose 5 more pounds, and long term to get to 125.
