27. two lb up today. I have no idea why. I know fluctuations, but I would like to be able to blame it on something. Hard to get away from the 220's. I will not update my weight. I will wait until tomorrow maybe.

If you are doing Atkins ~ Caribs are way too high. Cut down on cream. Artificial sweeteners. Nuts. Fruit. Cheese. And Atkins products. Eat real food. Feel free to look at my food intake.
