Good to be back after a 3 week break that was caused due to my inability to pay for my internet bills. The good news is that i havent stopped on my determination to eat healthy. Today leaves me with a 2kg drop in my weight. Yipeeeee
148.8 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
