The increase from that time of month :(. Makes me want to eat chocolate! Must not give in to the hormones!!!!
On another note still doing bodypump and zumba at the gym. Feel great working out regularly at the gym. Tried a class called bodycombat after bodypump, and I only made it through 20 minutes of the class because I was exhausted from bodypump. I will say that class is intense so I might put that one in my rotation. I work out a lot harder in a class, because I feel like I am competing with others to keep going.
Anyone else out there enjoy classes?
