Oh girl we all are right there with you. I try to weigh every 3 days and if I see movement up for a week more than 3 pounds I know I need to tighten up my cals. But I know everyone is different and I support you!!!

JC is right! We all screw up! Just remember, tomorrow is a new day. Try something different. Honest logging helps me see when/how I'm screwing up.

noom was eye-opening when it came to all of nothing thinking. it was actually quite helpful with a lot of things. I would highly suggest it! if you've not tried it yet. nothing will make you lose weight except for the willpower to consume less calories than you burn but what new helped me realize is there a lot of different techniques to doing that. small reminders and motivators ( what they call psych tricks). maybe think about giving it a shot. good luck! one bad day is not going to ruin your diet. nor will one bad week. our lives are a culmination of 15-20 minutes a day. it won't look like much at the end of a week or even at the end of a month but 15 to 20 minutes a day of any dedicated activity over the course of a year is a huge amount of time! you got this!
