Well, keeping to the plan- discovered my favorite breakfast again- two slices of wholemeal bread, toasted and sprayed with olive oil spray and added lemon juice and a little salt! keeps me going until lunchtime no trouble !I am being a little naughty in that I am having the odd ice cream, which I never used to have, but not every day and only when my calirie count for the day is low. That way I can control any cravings without going over the top. I hope everyone is doing good- will be back tomorrow!
