Slowly, but surely...
I have been keeping to my calorie limit for the most part, although I have not been eating the healthiest of foods. I need to concentrate on working more veggies into my normal diet. Today, I am going to do all the peeling and chopping so that the vegetables I have on hand are faster and easier to use when it comes to mealtime.
