Went out to Flappy Jacks for breakfast with our daughter & son in-law they wouldn't take no for an answer & you guessed it I had a German Pancake, just love that one. Well tomorrow will tell the damage I have done when I weigh in. Beautiful day today, nice for Valentines Day. Have a great weekend everyone.

Well it is Valentine's day! So, for me, I say to myself, "oh well!" :) I'm going out to dinner as well. I am allowing myself one day of fun, so that I don't get tired of the same ole diet!. Actually I noticed filling up on different foods and even crabs one day a week has been tricking my body into (not) holding onto that stubborn fat that I am trying to loose! Good Luck!
