happy Saturday all!
Quiet day today- meals were a little bit of a hotch potch of ready stuff or microwave cookery as it is way too hot for serious culinary pursuits. Having sad that, I enjoyed what we had- the most naughty was a small portion of crispy french fries- my one indulgence of the day, and a mini ice cream cone.
Feeling a real nostalgia for the simple life- the good old days were just that- no stress, nop frsught activity, I have to admit that the good thing about being retired is just that- life is back to quiet, at least for now!
