I can't believe I gained a 1/2 pound! I've been following my food plan for SBD, exercising, and drinking water. Before my recent return to FatSecret, the only exercise I would get was flipping pages of a book or magazine. :) Maybe I'm not eating enough but I'm not that hungry with all the water I've been drinking. (Never use to drink water either...) Oh well, I'm sure things will change soon!
Good luck to all! Wishing you success!!

A half pound isn't too much in the vast scheme of things. Hold on for the long haul - okay? These ups and downs are normal fluctuations as the body adjusts itself. Do you feel healthy? Great! Keep at it! Love ya!

Yes, I do feel good! I'm still hanging in there mentally as far as my diet/exercise and remain pretty focused. So that's a plus!
I hope you are doing well too!
Thanks bunches!!!

That half pound will be gone in a few hours, keep at it, you are doing great.

When you first start an exercise plan and you have sore muscles, you muscles retain water to help them heal (they get little fiber tears). It can show as a temporary gain on the scale. It will go away. Just keep going. Look at how your clothes are fitting after a couple of weeks. Measuring yourself is also good when you don't see the scale moving the way you want it too. Keep going and you will be fine.
