Well here I go again and it's time to start all over again
I woke up this morning and decided to step on my scale. Omg I was so upset with what I saw. I now weigh 219 lbs. I guess you could say that I let myself go a lot lately and now I have to get back on the wagon and start keeping track of the things I'm putting into my mouth.
I know it's gonna be a little bit harder for me to do it this time around, because I have also decided to quit smoking to. I usually smoke about 6 cigarettes a day but now I'm gonna be using a e-cigarette. I know it doesn't sound like I'm quitting by using an e-cigarette, but I'll be using 2 types one has nicotine and the other one is nicotine free. I'm gonna try to use the nicotine free one most of the time though.
Update for today I did pretty good I stayed on track with my food intake and I only used my e-cig 3 times today.
