Good Tuesday Morning Buddies!! It is still cool outside but the sun is shining ... a nice way to start the day. Today I hit 184. Unexpectedly I might add. I find myself hungrier and eating more. I continue to work on respecting my hunger. I think, if I continue to focus on my hunger and respect myself that my body will naturally settle into a maintenance weight. It is still a challenge, but I feel like I'm making progress. Suddenly people are commenting on how much weight I have lost. It is funny, I've been losing for months!! More than one person has commented something about hoping I do not get too skinny! I don't think that is possible but I appreciate their concern. It is interesting to me. I need to finish up getting ready for work, pack my food for the day, and move on down the road to my day. May you each have a productive, peaceful, and positive day!!
