Up a little from yesterday, 203.4 on the scale. I'm not disappointed though. It wasn't a good day for me yesterday. I came home from work and napped for two hours, ick. Felt bad after I woke up and only snacked for dinner instead of cooking my ground Turkey. Good snacks, I might add (turkey, raspberries and Greek yogurt). I was under my RDI yesterday.
I only drank about 2 cups of water all day though, towards my challenge but I got my 10 crunches, 10 pushups and 10 squats done before I went back to bed. So, I'm still 100% on that challenge.
