I didn't log my food yesterday because I only ate one meal and some cottage cheese. I'm feeling some discomfort in my jaw. It's not that bad but bad enough to curb my appetite. Still a win but ouch.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 127.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
