My weight fluctuates up and down 1-2 pounds and I need to get on the wagon and roll on down the road. Taking the scenic route today. My FBS was finally below 200 for the first time in 3 weeks and BP is better than it had been for some time. However...the pain issue has increased greatly...not sure what's up with that but I need to work on it.
Not weight related...but: I managed to get myself cast into FB Jail for the third time. This time...No post for 2 days, no group activity for 6 days and once group is restored all my posts will go to the bottom of the cue for 29 days. Take that, Bren-Duh!Imagine what they'd do if I said what I REALLY thought?
I made a comment about a group of 6-8 attacking a woman in a wheel chair who was trying to stop their thievery, with a knife apparently. One guy set off a fire extinguisher in her face....all, were beating her...like they couldn't get away from a wheelchair bound woman? No cussing in my post, which apparently is OK...no name calling this time...just a mention of tazing or shooting in the butt to slow them down for arrest. Oh well. I need to avoid the videos (which most are enjoyable or informative) or quickly scroll by the horrid ones. It won't let me delete many of them. This mess occurred after George Floyd's death as thievery is an acceptable response to such things, as is burning cities, destroying property etc.
I reckon I will contemplate the error of my ways and get an attitude adjustment while "locked up"...but will never "agree" that this horrible, rancid excuse for behavior is acceptable and OK...just because a thing CAN be done, doesn't mean it SHOULD be done. No matter who is doing the deeds.
