down 7lbs in the last two weeks. keeping cal at 2000/day, just reduced total daily carb count and eliminated all carbs high on the glycemic index. cranked up the intensity of my workouts, heavier weights, less rest time. feeling good, staying on track
232.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
